Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be sent back to our Cockeysville, Maryland location with an RA. Any product returned without an RA will be refused. All part(s) returned for a refund must be in the original packaging, including manuals, hardware, labeling, etc. The return part(s) must be repackaged in a shipping box. Do not return parts in the original manufacturer's box with shipping labels attached. The return will be denied. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Typically, any unused product can be returned for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Some items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
We do not allow parts of a kit to be returned. You are only able to return the entire kit.
Packages that are refused by receiver or are non-deliverable are subject to a return handling fee, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
When processing a warranty on a part, you are still required to process an RA. You will have to return the defective part to receive a replacement. You do have the option of placing a new order and returning the defective part so that your vehicle will have less downtime, but we are unable to provide the replacement prior to receiving the defective part. Shipping is non-refundable. World Impex offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects unless otherwise noted. This warranty will be voided if we find that the product has been used or installed incorrectly from the manufacturer's specifications, or if the product has been modified in any way.
All products require proper diagnosis by a repair facility with documentation when receiving a warranty on parts purchased from World Impex. Part warranties are nontransferable and only apply to the original purchaser. Returned parts are subject to testing by World Impex and the original manufacturer, and World Impex cannot guarantee that a warranty will be granted until this process is finished. There are times that World Impex will have to deny a warranty, and in that case, we will return the product at the expense of the customer. World Impex does not warranty typical wear items such as engine oil, filters, etc.
Products sold outside of the United States are sold as is and without an expressed or implied warranty.
Some products have a core price attached to them. A core price is charged to you because the original manufacturer wants your broken part back. They do this for things like alternators because the manufacturer has the ability to take your broken part, fix it, and resell it. In order to receive a refund on that core charge, you will need to process a return for a core part and return your old part to us. In order to receive that core amount back, your part must be in rebuildable condition. There cannot be any parts missing and there cannot be structural harm done. You must return the old part back to World Impex in the original packaging that the new part was sent in. We do not accept junkyard cores. Shipping the core to World Impex is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refundable. If a core is denied, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the core back.

3. Choose the type of return and follow the instructions
4. Once you have received the email, print it out and place it in the shipping box to return to World Impex
