Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $49 within the contiguous US. Shipping rates for orders outside of the contiguous US vary by size, weight, location, and selected shipping method.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, we offer next day and second day shipping at an additional cost.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our default shipping method is ground shipping, but we also offer next day and second day shipping for customers who want to receive their orders faster. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of rush shipping.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Typically if an order is placed before 4 P.M. EST, it will be processed and shipped on the same day as long as everything is in stock. We will only ship orders in full, so if you have a specific date you expect a part to be delivered by, you can place multiple orders to ensure faster shipping.

How long does shipping take?

We can’t guarantee shipping or delivery dates because transit times will vary due to stock, location of the delivery, and factors outside of our control. However, it usually takes 3-5 business days.

Please note that UPS ground does not guarantee an order will be delivered the next day, even if it is the estimated time of arrival.

Will you provide tracking information?

Of course we will. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email indicating that your order is on the way with the tracking number included.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

We’ll charge your card once you finalize your order in the shopping cart.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

We'll ship it as soon as we receive it. If the manufacturer has discontinued a part you’ve ordered, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund. You can also cancel your order and receive store credit or a refund if it's on back order and you don't want to wait for it.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can. All you have to do is to place multiple orders to different addresses.

If you would like to inquire about splitting an existing order up into multiple shipments, please contact us to discuss options. Keep in mind that an additional shipping charge may apply.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, we do, but shipping to these locations incurs an additional cost.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Yes, we do, but the option isn’t available in our shopping cart. You can call us and place your order over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, but shipping internationally will incur additional cost.

Do you ship hazardous items?

Yes, via UPS.

Do you ship oversized parts?

We do, at an additional charge. You’ll receive a shipping quote within one day of placing your order.

What happens if you ship the wrong part?

If we accidentally sent you the wrong part, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and then send you the right part ASAP.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping? 

Please inform us immediately. Be sure to keep the damaged box so the carrier can investigate it and reimburse us.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

You can do a search on your year, make, and model to get a list of parts designed to fit your exact vehicle. When in doubt, please contact us. We’re always here to help you find the right parts.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and send you the right part ASAP.

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong part, you’re welcome to return the part as long as it meets all the guidelines in our return policy.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

Give us a call right away to make arrangements. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier to see if they can reroute your order.

What if I never receive an order?

You can look up your order with your tracking number to find out where it ended up. If it turns out that your package was stolen off your porch, then it’s something you’ll have to address with the shipping carrier.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Packages that are refused by the receiver or are non-deliverable are subject to a return handling fee and a 20% restocking fee.
