What happens if you send me the wrong part?

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can return it to us. In the meantime, we’ll ship the right part ASAP.

What happens if I order the wrong part?

You’re welcome to return the part as long as it meets all of the guidelines in our return policy.

How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

We can’t guarantee shipping or delivery dates because transit times will vary due to stock, location of the delivery, and factors outside of our control. However, it usually takes 3-5 business days.

What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

Please follow the instructions delineated in our return policy.

What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

Please inform us immediately. Be sure to keep the damaged box so the shipping carrier can investigate it and reimburse us.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we do, but international shipping incurs an additional cost.

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer next day and second day shipping at an additional cost.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping, but we also offer next day and second day shipping for customers who want to receive their orders faster. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of rush shipping.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you can. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email indicating that your order is on the way with the tracking number included.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Please call us to see if the order can still be canceled. If we already shipped it out, you'll need to go through the return process outlined in our return policy.

No, you don’t need an account to order a part from our website. However, we encourage you to create an account so you can track all of your orders or easily return parts if needed.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturer defect.

How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

You’re protected under the Maguson-Moss Warranty Act, a law that makes it illegal for a manufacturer to void a warranty just because an aftermarket part has been added to the vehicle. The law allows the manufacturer to refuse to repair your vehicle only if they can prove that the aftermarket part is the direct cause of the problem.

How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

You can do a search on your year, make, and model to get a list of parts designed to fit your exact vehicle. When in doubt, please contact us. We’re always here to help you find the right parts.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service department is open to assist you from 8am -6pm EST Monday through Friday.
